I bought a new spa about 4 months ago and have had nothing but great customer service from these folks. This being my first spa, I was clueless with balancing water, maintenance, etc and the sales guys were great to answer my questions. I love my spa! And I rate Mr. Spa with 4 Stars!! I used to work for an appliance service company that handled warranty work. We were contracted by the manufacturer and would often need to order parts specific to a customer’s item as it is impossible to stock every part for every appliance. Warranties are there for a company to back up a product and provide peace of mind but they seldom move at light speed. If the warranty work was lackluster, your beef should be with the manufacturer/service company NOT the retailer. Think about it, if you buy a Whirlpool oven at Home Depot and have warranty problems, do you bash Home Depot on YELP, the News, or any other Media?
We had been shopping for Spas at various dealers for awhile and stopped in at Mr. Spa as one of our last efforts. I asked Bob for the best product to meet our needs for a high flow strong therapy large spa and he recommended the Bullfrog series. We instantly loved the simple plumbing design and the JetPak variety. Pretty much decided there and then that was for us. Bob encouraged me to come in and try out the floor model which I did and it was very helpful in selecting JetPaks for us. But what really sold me on our decision came after we took delivery. We had a minor problem with damage when the spa was delivered. Bob and Mark helped us get the problem resolved with no delays and made good on the Mr. Spa promise to stand behind their products. That by itself is worth more than the warranty we have. We can absolutely recommend them to others for a great sales and service experience. We are enjoying our spa every day since we bought it and as Bob likes to say we will “stay wet”.
Mr. Spa was a great help in finding a hot tub. My salesman listened to what my needs were, and we found just the right hot tub. I also shopped other stores, and brought in my information to make sure I was using their Apples to Apples price match. I know I got the best deal on a spa in town.
